Responsibilities
- Stage raw materials and consumables in alignment with production schedules and work orders
- Ensure compounder stations are continuously stocked with required materials to prevent production downtime
- Help order basic lab consumables (pipettes, bottles, caps, labels) and monitor usage rates
- Stock and organize raw materials and lab consumables in designated storage locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct routine cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor material levels and proactively communicate shortages
- Adhere to safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, PPE requirements, and quality standards
Requirements
- Forklift Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, or production environment
- Comfortable working with chemicals, raw materials, and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
- Ability to lift and move materials as required in a production setting
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Pay
Salary Range: $20-$26/hr
