Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize 2nd floor raw material storage area
- Prepares raw materials for daily production runs
- Reviews pending job orders to determine type and quantity of materials needed for pending jobs
- Weigh and measure materials and colorants using scales
- Responsible for issuing all materials used post job completion
- Operate as a team player to assist in meeting department goals
- Operate pneumatic tubing cutter to cut off-line jobs
- Performs secondary cutting and packaging of tubing
- Absorb and assist operators when needed in collecting tubing
- Able to measure critical tubing dimensions such as: I.D., O.D. and length
- Responsible for periodic cycle counting of all raw materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education And Experience Requirements
- Entry level position
- 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferable

- Fast learner
- Ability to be coached and a willingness to grow
- Responsibility: Assignments are received in task oriented terms from direct supervisor
- Scope: Receives pre-determined work assignments with specific instructions
- Complexity: Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
- Impact: Ensures that jobs are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules
