Material Handler
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Load, unload, check and tally tires to and from carriers
- Store tires in assigned warehouse locations
- Select, pack, mark and palletize tires for customer orders and place them in assigned staging areas
- Operate forklifts, squeeze lifts, and other equipment in the execution of these duties
- Check and verify accuracy of selecting, packing, marking and counting of tires for customer orders
- Document paperwork pertaining to each warehouse function to ensure it is accurate and complete
- Perform required counting, tallying, and marking on related inventory control
- Participate in all inventories taken at the warehouse
- Perform housekeeping duties by palletizing, re-palletizing, and restacking tires to conform to standards and objectives set by management
- Perform other miscellaneous warehouse-related and housekeeping duties set forth by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Skills
Physical stamina and strength required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Pay
The starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job and/or industry. The salary range listed is what we reasonably expect to compensate generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on the specific job description. Schedule
The hours of operation for this shift is 5am - 1:30pm.
