Responsibilities
- Processing outgoing patient orders through the sorter.
- Processing outgoing patient orders at the manual manifest station.
- Maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of outgoing patient orders.
- Receiving incoming shipment from various carriers.
- Organizing the daily outgoing orders to the appropriate carriers
- Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to communicate with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Education: High school diploma/GED required.
- Experience: Must be 18+ years of age.
Skills
- Must be able to lift 75+ pounds,
- Ability to use a pallet jack and scissor lift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Passion to help people and enrich their lives.
Physical and Mental Demands
Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds. Perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including stretching, bending, stooping, and crouching while moving equipment and supplies.
- Occasionally climb stairs and maneuver heavy equipment through tight spaces within patient residences.
- Provide thorough equipment assessments and perform necessary maintenance as required.
- Safely drive a delivery van or truck through various weather conditions, including hazardous conditions when necessary.
- Must be able to identify and mitigate safety hazards during deliveries and equipment setup.
- Travel to both urban and rural locations to service patients.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis.
