Material Handler 1st shift

About the role

As a Material Handler (Shipper) at our Lindsay, NE facility, you will play a vital role in the production of both our infrastructure and agricultural products. Your work will directly contribute to increasing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Store materials in an organized and efficient manner
• Pick, pack, and scan orders accurately
• Adhere to Lindsay Corporation Safety Policies and Procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Operate forklifts and/or cranes (certification can be obtained through employment)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Forklift and/or crane operation experience (preferred)
• CDL is a plus
• 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
• Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
• Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including metguard boots, protective eyewear, hard hats, gloves, and ear plugs
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
