Material Handler 1st shift

About the role

This position is based at 7 Ledgewood Blvd, North Dartmouth, MA 02747.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper movement of all materials
• Accurate issuing and stocking of production lines
• Cycle counting of raw materials as required
• Proper picking and loading of finished goods
• Assures finished goods are accurately loaded and handled with care
• Assures manufacturing loads are accurate and properly combined
• Assures scrap material is properly weighed and prepared for pick up
• Safe operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• SAP experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand shipping and packing lists
• Must have adequate computer skills to comprehend and operate related automated systems
• Strong attention to detail including accurate cycle counting skills
• Heavy lifting, driving a forklift, and handling pallet jacks

Pay

Base pay range is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

1st Shift, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Thursday.
