About the role
You will ensure that customer requirements are translated into clear technical specifications and support our product development and purchasing processes through material expertise, testing, and quality issue prevention. You will work across departments, lifting know-how, improving product quality, and securing a strong technical foundation for new and existing products. You will also support the establishment and use of Schou’s test setup to ensure early risk detection, data-driven improvements, and reliable material performance.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in materials and production processes, specifically in glass, plastic, and ceramics
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments
- Knowledge of testing and quality issue prevention methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
