Material Distribution Handler Sr GSO- 1st Shift

About the role

You will be the Material Handler for the Transportation Team. Our team is responsible for transporting build material and tooling to support F-16 production and/or sustainment operations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering material and tooling to shop areas using various methods (e.g., aircraft parts, scrap metal bins, waste bins, tools, palletized items, items to be tugged).
• Must have a valid State issued Driver’s License.
• Must be able to stand, walk and climb up/down ladders during the majority of work shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Maintain clean work environment and required cleanup at end of shift.
• Assists with other duties as required by Tooling/Transportation Team.

Schedule

• 3 day weekends every week.
• 4x10 1st shift Monday through Thursday work schedule.
• Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Requirements

• At least 6 months or more of forklift experience.
• Experience with towing utility trailers.
• Valid Driver's License.

Desired Skills

• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Pay

Pay rate for this position is $16.97 – $28.32 per hour.
