Crestview Aerospace manufactures complex assemblies and parts for aerospace applications, offering an integrated manufacturing process that delivers fabricated parts, in-house processing, and complex assemblies for both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. We serve leading OEMs such as Boeing, Bell, and Northrop Grumman on key programs including CH-47, V-22, and E-2. Responsibilities

  • Performs multiple tasks on an assigned team, project, or functional area within full-scale production manufacturing operations, including non-routine and non-repetitive production electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical assembly.
  • Conducts quality assurance and reliability testing following established methods and procedures.
  • Handles production scheduling and control, coordinating, planning, and expediting the flow of material, parts, and assemblies.
  • Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or assignments.
  • May participate in process improvement projects to enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling.
  • Performs regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Updates inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Safely operates forklifts, pallet jacks, Order Pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Conducts routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment remains in good working order.
  • Lifts and moves objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and flexible hours as required.
  • Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily works in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
  • Must be able to work in conditions involving noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, and electrical current.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, and maintain close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection of small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds.
  • Performs substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Training will be provided for this position.
