Responsibilities
- Help ensure the right materials arrive when production needs them by managing receiving, inventory, and supplier coordination.
- Support production and procurement stakeholders through accurate confirmations and cycle counts.
- This is an onsite role (first shift) with occasional weekend and holiday support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or procurement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to resolve supply chain bottlenecks quickly.
Qualifications
- Background in administrative tasks or inventory processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MRP reporting, and inventory software.
- Prior exposure to POPS, MSS, or AMAPS systems.
