Warehouse position located in San Diego, CA (NASNI). Full-time, non-exempt.
Schedule
- Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Anticipate problems and work to proactively mitigate them
- Ensure product shipped to/from the site meets all applicable 14 CFR Part 121/145 requirements
- Inspect in-bound/out-bound material for damage and proper documentation
- Package out-bound shipments using best commercial practices
- Inspect OEM or FM Form 8130-3 / certificate of conformance documentation for originality and serial number
- Manage and control Government property and materials in !MOPS
- Package materials for transportation, including HAZMAT materials IAW PWS requirements
- Establish initial material control records in !MOPS
- Requisition new or refurbished/repair assets through IMOPS
- Data entry: entering, updating, receiving, shipping, and issuing of material
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months of inventory/supply experience is highly desirable
- Microsoft Office experience is preferred
- Data entry experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must have or the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance
Physical Demands / Work Environment
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility
- Must be able to adapt to a traditional business/warehouse environment
- Intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday
- Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately
- May be required to pick up or drop off parts up to 70 lbs from dispatch station
