Requirements
- Minimum 7 years Aviation Experience in inventory control, parts sales, procurement, warehouse management, forecasting demands and using data metrics to solve operational problems.
- IAW AS 9110 Procedures, Government Property Manual, Service Center Agreements, and Company policies for managing government and company-owned materials, including cycle counts, resolving inaccuracies, and compiling monthly material reports.
- Ensure compliance with AS-9100 standards in purchase, receiving, and storage processes.
- Handle inquiries from the company website and Inventory Locator Service (ILS).
- Sourcing raw materials, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies for approved vendors.
- Oversee procurement team activities, planning product transport, warehousing, and inventory levels to reduce costs.
- Manage hazardous material shipping and receiving processes according to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with personnel in material control, parts, shipping, and receiving to cover operational needs, manage work scopes and schedules, and conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Facilitate coordination between departments and locations to address material control requests.
Qualifications
- Experience working with government property IAW AS 9110 Procedures and Service Center Agreements.
- Knowledge of company-owned material management, including cycle counts and resolving inaccuracies.
- Ability to compile and present monthly material reports as required by contracts.
- Compliance with AS-9110 standards in all aspects of procurement, receiving, and storage.
- Experience with sourcing raw materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
- Understanding of company policies for vendor approval and compliance.
- Leadership and management skills to oversee procurement teams and coordinate across departments.
- Experience with hazardous material shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to manage personnel in material control, parts, shipping, and receiving roles.
