for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "At Greene, Tweed, you'll find the cutting-edge technology, world-class polymer expertise and endless advancement opportunities you'd expect from a multi-national industry leader. If you enjoy continuous learning and are excited about working with and creating technological solutions, explore career opportunities with Greene, Tweed." That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Greene, Tweed". We'll use "About the role". Then "Essential Duties/Responsibilities:" followed by bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We'll need to extract each duty as list items. List: - Monitors global compliance trends and new regulations to evaluate their impact on GT business operations. - Provides guidance to GT’s various business operations on how regulatory requirements on raw materials, products, & platforms affect our processes and businesses. - Develops and executes strategic roadmap for GT material compliance to maintain ongoing adherence, reduce business risk, and ensure safe handling and legal management of materials. - Develops and maintains an understanding of TSCA (EPA) & REACH (ECHA) and other global chemical/material compliance programs (UNEP, ROHS, California SCP, POP, etc) - Collaborates with internal and external legal teams and consultants to resolve compliance, certification and regulatory issues and provides management with progress reports. - Develops and maintains understanding of material/product certification requirements for NSF, USP, FDA, WRAS, and other similar regulatory agencies to enable increased market opportunities, and develop and maintain database of materials and appropriate industry certifications - Oversees the maintenance of all compliance manuals, records, processes, customer responses, and chemical substance inventories. Then note about job description etc. Then benefits: "We also provide eligible employees with a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, 401k savings plan, life and disability insurance, tuition assistance and more, to meet the diverse needs of all employees and their family members." Then EEO etc (remove). Then Drug Free Workplace etc (remove). Then note about search firms (remove). So we keep benefits. We also have "Pay" and "Schedule" sections: none present. So we omit them. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Possibly also "Job Environment" could be under Requirements? But we have only allowed headings list. We could put Job Environment under "Requirements" or maybe "Qualifications"? The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose any of those. We have content for About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe education?), Qualifications (maybe U.S. Person status?), Skills (skills and experience), Benefits (benefits). The "Job Environment" physical/mental requirements could go under "Requirements" or maybe "Qualifications"? But we have a separate "Required Minimum Qualifications" earlier (education). Then later "Required Minimum Qualifications" again about US Person status. Could combine under "Requirements". The physical/mental requirements could be under "Requirements" as well. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: combine education, US Person status, physical/mental requirements? Might be too much but okay. - Qualifications: maybe we could skip if overlapping. But we need to avoid duplicate content. The posting has "Required Minimum Qualifications Education/Certifications:" and later "Required Minimum Qualifications This position requires U.S. Person status". Could combine under "Requirements". Then "Skills and Experience:" could be under "Skills". Benefits separate. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. We must not create empty sections. Ensure each has substantive content. Now format:
