Material Approval Process (MAP) Specialist

Job Description

Project management of promotional and educational materials submitted by Marketing and Training departments for review through the MAP review process to ensure all projects are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with all related requirements.

• Manage and track multiple projects through review process using an electronic submission platform.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to conduct negotiation meetings.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years direct experience in a Pharmaceutical/Medical materials routing and approval process for promotional and educational materials.

• Experience with Veeva Promo Mats or other electronic workflow management systems is required.
• Requires Project Management experience of multiple on-going projects.
• Commercial print and fulfillment understanding is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent Communication, Facilitation and Organizational skills are imperative.
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe etc.).
• Must be customer service focused.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team to produce quality compliant work under deadline pressure required.
• Strong ability to multitask and respond flexibly to workflow requirements needed.
