Material and Process Engineer- Chemical
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with process optimization techniques, such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to create and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IPC and ISO
- Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

The successful candidate will work closely with other engineers and operators to ensure all circuit cards are built per our standards. **Desired Skills**
Chemical Process Knowledge
Understanding of chem-film coating, polymer/adhesive formulation, and curing processes
Experience with solution preparation, dosing, and temperature/pressure control
Experience maintaining and writing Process Documentation and training guidelines as well as conducting risk assessments, and enforcing PPE
