About the role
The role involves working on various ships, including culinary, hospitality, engineering, marine, and entertainment teams. Employees will also have opportunities to engage in corporate life and support the broader organization.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the culinary team by preparing meals and managing food services.
- Support the hospitality team in ensuring guest satisfaction and onboard amenities are maintained.
- Work alongside the engineering team to maintain ship systems and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the marine team to manage vessel operations and environmental responsibilities.
- Engage with the entertainment team to organize activities and events that enhance the cruise experience.
- Participate in corporate initiatives and support the overall mission of the organization.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a maritime or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other industry-specific software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Education in culinary arts, hospitality management, engineering, marine science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with shipboard operations and maintenance.
- Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.
