MAT LPN Coordinator

Shelby County Divisions of Corrections – Memphis, TN | Day Shift, 8 Hours

About the role

As a MOUD/MAT Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care and medication-assisted treatment services to patients with opioid use disorders. Working closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will support individuals through every stage of treatment and recovery, helping them build healthier futures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations
• Assess and monitor patients throughout the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment
• Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care
• Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach to treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
