MAT Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Summary

As a MOUD/MAT Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care and medication-assisted treatment services to patients with opioid use disorders. Working closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will:

  • Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations
  • Assess and monitor patients throughout the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment
  • Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care
  • Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care
  • Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach to treatment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

You'll need:

  • A current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in state of practice
  • A current CPR certification
  • A minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience (preferred)
