Mat Handler/Cycle Count Clerk

Responsibilities

• Unload materials by hand or utilizing handling equipment.
• Report mishandling conditions causing material defects.
• Verify quantities.
• Check actual quantity (hand count) against receiving slip, production ticket, credit or move ticket.
• Make written reports on cause of delays, location of shortage item.
• Move materials throughout departments as required.
• Responsible for flow of material to the correct process utilizing routings or move tickets.
• Expedite parts and materials by hand or with handling equipment according to production tickets, tallies and work orders.
• Responsible for maintaining the condition of stock, layout of stockroom, rotation of material.
• Pick, organize and verify parts for engine build and spare parts orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a Forklift License
