Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop, evaluate, and revise goals and care plans.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work or related field.
• Valid license or registration/permit to practice in the state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.

Pay

$65,700.00 - $115,668.80 per year

Schedule

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
