Position Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct counseling and therapy services under clinical supervision.
- Offer services in various settings using evidence-based treatments.
- Perform assessments, diagnoses, and comprehensive care planning.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and participate in weekly supervision.
- Document sessions accurately and in accordance with agency and program standards.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a clinical master's program and eligible for licensure supervision upon graduation.
- Experience and knowledge in individual, group, and family therapy.
- Knowledge and experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation.
