Position Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct counseling and therapy services under clinical supervision.
  • Offer services in various settings using evidence-based treatments.
  • Perform assessments, diagnoses, and comprehensive care planning.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and participate in weekly supervision.
  • Document sessions accurately and in accordance with agency and program standards.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a clinical master's program and eligible for licensure supervision upon graduation.
  • Experience and knowledge in individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Knowledge and experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation.
