What You’ll Do

• Analyze and Prescribe: Conduct sophisticated, image-conscious consultations to accurately diagnose hair and scalp conditions and prescribe high-end services tailored perfectly to individual client needs.
• Perform Techniques: Execute flawless precision cuts, seamless skin fades, expert color transformations, and razor-sharp grooming.
• Salon-Quality Artistry: Deliver premium styling services and luxury blowouts typically found exclusively in high-end traditional salons.
• Drive Sales: Prescribe premium, top-shelf product regimens that empower clients to easily recreate and maintain their great look well after leaving the shop, while boosting your own retail commissions.
• Build Loyalty: Deliver exceptional, elevated experiences that naturally drive client-willingness to rebook follow-on visits before leaving the chair.

What You Need

• Valid Colorado Cosmetology, Barber, or Stylist License.
