Job Summary
We're seeking a Master Service Technician to join our team in Corpus Christi. The ideal candidate will enjoy troubleshooting, solving complex issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective repair
- Provide selective customer training to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage asset utilization and contribute to financial results
- Analyze customer needs and drive sales growth
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including customers, field service, sales, and administration
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly
- Provide feedback on call close information, parts usage, and customer meter readings
- Support the DOCUmation service organization with other activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Associate or Entry Level Technician
- Technical knowledge and skills, including analysis and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and basic business and communication skills
- A High School Diploma or GED, with additional technical training or an associate degree preferred
- Experience with Xerox, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta, or Riso copiers/printers, with an A+ or Network+ certification or similar preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
