Master Service Technician – Copier / Printer / Field Service (Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Canon)

Job Summary

We're seeking a Master Service Technician to join our team in Corpus Christi. The ideal candidate will enjoy troubleshooting, solving complex issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective repair
• Provide selective customer training to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage asset utilization and contribute to financial results
• Analyze customer needs and drive sales growth
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including customers, field service, sales, and administration
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly
• Provide feedback on call close information, parts usage, and customer meter readings
• Support the DOCUmation service organization with other activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Associate or Entry Level Technician
• Technical knowledge and skills, including analysis and attention to detail
• Strong customer service orientation and basic business and communication skills
• A High School Diploma or GED, with additional technical training or an associate degree preferred
• Experience with Xerox, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta, or Riso copiers/printers, with an A+ or Network+ certification or similar preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
