Perks Of Joining ColonialWebb Competitive pay range of $42 to $65 with overtime opportunitiesCareer development and progression401(k) plan with company matchPTO and paid holidaysExcellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee referral incentives What You Will Do Provide leadership and guidance to technicians and apprenticesTroubleshoot and diagnose plumbing system failures (such as system leaks and stoppages)Repair various plumbing components including water closets, sanitation systems, fire sprinkler piping systems, storm drainage systems, domestic water heating systems, and HVAC hydronic systemsHelp develop our existing customer baseQualify and estimate work for plumbing service projectsSupport sales efforts including prospecting for new opportunities and closing dealsPerform maintenance and repair operations to commercial plumbing systems What We Are Looking For Master’s level experience and thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systemsMaster’s Plumbing License or ability and willingness to obtain a Master’s License shortly after hireStrong communication (written and verbal) skillsAdvanced technological proficiency including Microsoft Office skillsKnowledge of OSHA safety regulationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPossesses a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within territoryMust be able to work independently and with minimal supervisionCapable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workloadPass a driving record check, criminal background check, credit record check and drug screen EOE M/W/Disability/Vets
