Master's Level Clinician (Seeking LMHC) - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• Work directly with clients and partner with health systems and primary care providers.
• Conduct intakes and diagnose clients according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
• Offer a variety of services including couples and children, and help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborate with a vibrant online and in-person community of licensed providers.

Requirements

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Massachusetts.
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

Pay

Up to $73,600 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Fully remote with a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
