Clinician (Seeking LMHC) - Fee For Service

Role Overview: Seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LMHC licensure to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face mental health services. The position offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours of weekly availability. Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to clients across diverse needs, including depression, anxiety, couples, and children.Conduct intakes, diagnose (preferred), and develop treatment plans under supervision.Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions per week, offering flexible scheduling within a hybrid model.Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with graduate or post-graduate counseling experience.Experience in treating depression and anxiety, with ability to independently conduct intakes and diagnoses preferred.Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and confidence in clinical technology. Key Duties: Providing client-centered mental health services, documenting treatment, collaborating with a clinical community, and ensuring measurable client progress.
