Master's Graduate - School/Community Based Clinician

Job Summary

We are seeking master level clinicians to work in our school-based programs. Clinical Trainees work directly in the school with students identified by our school referral partners and engage with parents/families and other invested parties in the child’s life. Some community involvement will be necessary to engage parents and families in services.

Requirements

• Master's Graduate-School Based Therapists at LifeStance Health will:
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using the Electronic Health Record (HER) on a daily basis
• Update and maintain client files as required and necessary per specified guidelines
• Secure all client information per HIPAA standards
• Complete accurate case notes for each billable unit
• Prepare written reports and state mandated documents per LifeStance Health expectations and requirements for state certification
• Manage a caseload that consistently meets the necessary billable time weekly
• Participate in meetings as required/necessary with internal and external customers and partners

Compensation

$55,000 - $70,000 annually
