Master Residential Electrician
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation
- Troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy, efficiency, and safety-first execution
- Deliver quality solution and zero callbacks
- Deliver jobs efficiently
- Deliver customer-first service experience
- Educate customers on issues, solutions, and options with transparency and clarity
- Maintain detailed job documentation
- Become the service and safety advisor
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an electrician or service technician
- Strong commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Able to work independently while following safety and quality standards
- Clear communication skills to explain technical issues to homeowners
- Pride in craftsmanship and continuous improvement
- 10+ years of residential electrical experience
- Active Master Electrician license
- Experience in a residential service-based electrical environment
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Experience to grow business and grow their career
- Coach, support the team and quality check their work as and when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial understanding of pricing
- Additional trade or vendor specific installation certification
- Franchise experience or multi-trade residential service tech experience
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to learn the new technologies
- Mindset to work in team-first culture

Pay & Schedule
Compensation: $62,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Work Schedule: M-F 8-6pm or 7-5pm. Some evenings or weekends may be required based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
- This role requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and speaking on the phone.
- The employee must be able to communicate clearly and occasionally lift up to 50-100 pounds.
