Master Production Scheduler

About the role

Sanmina Corporation is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving the fastest-growing segments of the global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market. The Master Scheduler is responsible for creating and managing all production and shipment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated master schedule for a complex Configure to Order program using demand forecasts, sales data, material supply and capacity.
• Act as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and engineering to align resources and materials with schedules.
• Track progress, analyze performance metrics (like on-time delivery), identify risks, and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare status reports, create department dashboards, and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Use data to drive process improvements and ensure efficient use of capacity.
• Assess and implement techniques needed to plan, schedule, control, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of production operations
• Monitor and report any changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies
• Communicate production schedule to staff members promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or operations management
• 4- 6 years previous experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning and supply chain dynamics
• Ability to work with changing priorities and complex information
