Master Planner

Responsibilities

• Owns management of long-term demand in MRP (tie off demand loaded in MRP with approved Ops Plan)
• Maintains up-to-date configuration details in MRP, implements ECR changes as needed
• Identifies materials or capacity critical path with associated risks and mitigation measures
• Evaluates customer change requests and articulates impacts and options to prepare UCT's response
• Communicates to site planners' execution plan to support customer change request
• Performs weekly reconciliations of impact of drop-ins and cancellations
• Manages daily production meetings with sales, planners, and manufacturing
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements

• Proven track record on delivering on commitments to customers
• Extensive knowledge of Excel
• Extensive knowledge of MRP planning processes, preferably Oracle or SAP
• Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain or related field
• APICS/CPIM certification preferred but not required
• 7+ years planning or project management experience

Qualifications

• Physical demands: Ability to kneel, reach, walk, push, pull and grasp, lift up to 25 lbs, sit for sustained periods, move arms, hands and fingers, sit for sustained periods, prolonged sitting with some standing and bending intermittently during work hours, subject to interruptions, wear personal protective equipment, frequent interruptions, wear personal protective equipment where applicable, exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computers etc.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The role is full-time and works Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
