Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule
- Supports Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development
- Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events
- Ensures communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Utilizes Critical Path Methodology and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Works across various program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Prepares status reports, metrics, and makes presentations as needed
- Acts as a self-starter with hands-on experience in program planning and scheduling
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with Critical Path Methodology
- Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
- Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
- Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
- Experience working on Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
- Experience with Milestones
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Self-starter with demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling experience
- Desired Qualifications: Experience working independently across Technical Teams, understanding of technical products, experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling, and requirements and dependencies between functions
