Master Planner

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule
• Supports Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development
• Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events
• Ensures communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
• Utilizes Critical Path Methodology and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Works across various program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Prepares status reports, metrics, and makes presentations as needed
• Acts as a self-starter with hands-on experience in program planning and scheduling
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology
• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
• Experience working on Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
• Experience with Milestones

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Self-starter with demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling experience
• Desired Qualifications: Experience working independently across Technical Teams, understanding of technical products, experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling, and requirements and dependencies between functions
