Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on commercial paint and drywall projects (TI, renovations, repaints, and repairs)
- Review scopes, drawings, and specs; plan sequence of work, labor needs, and material orders
- Ensure quality control: prep, finish standards, color accuracy, and punch-list completion
- Cookordinate with project managers, other trades, and building staff to minimize disruption in occupied spaces
- Enforce safety policies and jobsite cleanliness, conduct toolbox talks, and document daily progress
- Help with field estimating: walk jobs, identify conditions, and provide input on production rates and durations
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial painting; strong drywall repair/finishing background preferred
- Prior experience as a lead, foreman, or supervisor
- Ability to read plans and specs and use basic technology (email, photos, simple apps) for reporting
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to move between sites as needed
