About the Role

This position requires a skilled mechanical professional with a strong background in HVAC systems to manage and oversee mechanical operations. The role is based onsite within 45 minutes of the headquarters and is offered on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in mechanical system maintenance, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee mechanical operations, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge and successful performance in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC.
• Utilize strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose a range of mechanical systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with state and local mechanical codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC.
• VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in plumbing and HVAC systems.

Compensation: $67.00-$69.30 per hour
