Role Overview

This position requires a skilled mechanical professional for an on‑site role at the company headquarters. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee mechanical operations, demonstrating thorough knowledge in the mechanical field, including plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration. The role is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with state and local mechanical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee mechanical operations, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics across a range of mechanical systems.
• Ensure all work complies with state and local mechanical codes.
• Provide strong technical expertise and support for all mechanical job functions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Valid Virginia HVAC Journeyman or Master License.
• Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; employer sponsorship is not available.
