Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate correct assembly, positioning and operation of filtration components: filter box, sand media, bag, cartridge, pumps, pipe and hose
- Demonstrates ability to install various media and is aware of disposal procedure
- Knowledge of correct assembly, positioning and operation of water quality monitoring systems and disposal procedure
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing all types of filtration systems
- Understand the operation and programming of alarm agents, AnDRU box and Radar gauges
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of up to five skills required for branch specific work
- Able to assist in the training of Mechanics C, B, and A as needed
- Able to participate in the on-call rotation as needed
- Able to perform all other duties as assigned
