Master Level Therapist

About the role

CenClear's Family Based Mental Health (FBMH) program seeks dedicated therapists to help families stay together, build resilience, and access essential supports. Our strength-based, in-home approach focuses on preserving family unity and preventing out-of-home placements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical therapy, case management, and crisis intervention
• Maintain documentation and administrative records
• Participate in personal and professional development
• Be available for on-call needs
• Work 40 hours per week, year-round

Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field including psychology, counseling or social work: Must have at least 2-Years
• Child and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) experience
• Training in family therapy and specifically Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) is a plus

Qualifications

• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
