Master Level Clinician C-TRS

Join Centerstone's innovative C-TRS team and make a lasting impact in the lives of youth, young adults, and families across Indiana. This role serves a diverse population affected by substance use disorders, including individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Team members provide meaningful support through Centerstone locations in Bartholomew, Delaware, Johnson, Madison, Morgan, Union, and Wayne Counties, reaching both rural and underserved communities where access to behavioral health services can be limited.

Responsibilities

• Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with community referral sources.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
• Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
• Must have an active three-letter or associate license.

Skills

• Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services.

Pay

$43,900.00–$61,370.00
