Paul Mitchell the School of Spokane is seeking a Master Esthetician Learning Leader / Skincare Teacher to inspire and teach skincare to future professionals. The school, founded in 1980 by Paul Mitchell and John Paul DeJoria, operates over 100 schools nationwide and is committed to delivering quality education and a supportive culture for both students and employees. The environment includes FUNraising, monthly team trainings, student clubs and activities, fashion shows, and photoshoots.

Responsibilities

• Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and learning centers
• Teach the science of healthy skin with hands-on professional techniques and skincare innovations and technologies
• Instruct students in skin analysis, ingredient technology, and prescriptive retailing
• Teach waxing and makeup techniques
• Prepare future professionals for careers in skincare by teaching business and guest service skills
• Serve as a dedicated mentor who helps students build a core foundation of knowledge and master advanced techniques

Qualifications

• Washington State Master Esthetician license
• Customer service experience
