Esthetician Learning Leader / Skin Care Teacher

About the role

Paul Mitchell the School of North Haven, CT is seeking to hire an Aesthetician Teacher to join our team. As a Skin Care Teacher, you will inspire and teach skin care to our future professionals.

What you'll do

• Serve as a dedicated mentor who works hard to prepare students for the professional world outside the classroom doors
• Help students build a core foundation of knowledge and ultimately master more advanced techniques
• Serve as the heart of our program

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the field / equivalent experience
• Mythologic l thinking (as written in original posting)
• Computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and coach others
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
• Two years esthetics experience in the industry

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred
