Master Data Specialist - Barebells & NOCCO, USA
About the role
The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and governance of core business data across ERP, Global Data Synch Networks (1WS/Syndigo) and operational systems. This role ensures that product, customer, vendor, and pricing data are maintained consistently to enable seamless execution across supply chain, customer operations, finance, and sales.

What you will need to succeed:
- 2-4 years of experience in master data, supply chain operations, finance operations, or ERP administration.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience working with ERP systems (D365 preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (data validation, lookups, data cleansing).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with EDI, WMS, or planning systems.
- Understanding of supply chain, order management, and finance data flows.
- Experience supporting system implementations or data migrations.
- Curious and tech savvy
Salary Range
The base salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
Work Location
This position is based in Marina del Rey, California, and requires on-site attendance five (5) days per week.
