Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage master data within SAP, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Create and maintain material master records, including part numbers, descriptions, classifications, and related data.
- Support and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and updates within SAP to ensure proper configuration and alignment with production and procurement needs.
- Provide technical and functional SAP support for business processes related to materials, purchasing, inventory, and production planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
- Develop, document, and implement standardized master data processes and best practices.
- Support users through training, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in data cleanup, migration, and governance projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business, Industrial Distribution, or similar degree or experience.
- Experience in Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related industry is a strong qualifier.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Prophet 21 (P21) is a strong qualifier.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Detail oriented and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy.

- Working Conditions: Office Environment (with Warehouse rotation)
- Shift Time/Overtime: Typically Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm but could vary based on rotation schedule, minimal overtime
Pay
Salary is commensurate with experience.
