Master Data Coordinator

We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator to join us at our corporate headquarters in Greeley, Colorado. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across key business systems, supporting business operations by maintaining high-quality data related to customers, vendors, materials, and products.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update master data records in SAP and other business systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data standards, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) to gather and validate data requirements.
• Develop a solid understanding of overall business processes to properly support key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Self-starter with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Pay

Base salary range of $19-$21/hr.
