Responsibilities
- Maintain all material (article) master data within the SAP/ERP environment.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Design, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate definition and maintenance of finished goods, BOMs, components, and routings in the system.
- Create and maintain material master data in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) as systems and processes evolve.
- Maintain prompt and open communication with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
- Create and maintain process documentation to support training, process consistency, and user self-service.
- Participate and collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside of IT to support strategic project initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality, and communicate recommendations to team leads and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
