- Establish and maintain customer and Business Partner records, including roles, views, partner functions, sales area, company code, and required organizational data
- Apply approved and required field standards to maximize first-pass accuracy and minimize duplicate creation, order blocks, billing delays, shipping issues, and downstream transaction errors
- Maintain full information regarding all creations and changes — including approvals, decision notes, screenshots/logs, and change history — to satisfy SOP adherence, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Facilitate daily intake and issue resolution with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Billing, and external partners to meet SLAs and ensure consistent customer master operations
Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and Business Partner role-based maintenance experience preferred
- Experience in regulated or audit-controlled environments such as SOX/GxP preferred
- Familiarity with duplicate review and address validation preferred
