Master Club Fitter - Online Fitting Full Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-level, fitting experience to golfers via phone, email, video call.
• Provide expert recommendations on clubs, shafts, and equipment based on player needs and performance goals.
• Guide customers through product selection, upgrades, and trade-in opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Manage a high-volume queue while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Resolve equipment, order, and warranty inquiries in partnership with internal teams and manufacturers.
• Own customer interactions from initial consultation through post-purchase support.
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and fitting benefits.
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates related to fittings and orders.
• Stay current on product knowledge, equipment trends, and fitting best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years golf club fitting experience.
• 1,000+ fittings (PGA experience preferred, not required).
• Advance knowledge of the game of golf and golf equipment.

Compensation

$25 - $35 per hour, based on previous experience.
