Master BMW Technician

About the role

BMW of Ramsey is hiring Master BMW Technicians to join their growing team. They are looking for experienced technicians to support their busy operation in the tri-state area.

Responsibilities

• Produce billable labor on vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair.
• Dispatch work to all group members in a fair and equitable manner.
• Ensure technicians are properly trained and have the necessary breadth of experience to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop a monthly production plan.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Prior dealership or private repair experience.
• Solid automotive line techs/mechanics with ASE certifications.
• BMI experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic.
• Skilled at teaching others and communicating effectively.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

Pay

The flat rate pay range for this position is $24 to $72 per flat rate hour. This is a performance-driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation package.

Schedule

Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, Sat 7:30-2:00.
