Experienced BMW Technician

BMW of Santa Monica, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking a skilled and experienced BMW Technician to join our team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions of vehicles and perform repairs.
• Accurately document records of all repairs, services, and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Degree or Certificate from a trade school preferred.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician preferred.

Pay

Expected total annual earnings: $71,000 - $140,900, including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, and benefits (vacation and sick time). The hourly rate for this position is $33.80/hr. Flag rates range from $35.00 to $50.00 per flag hour based on experience, and bonuses range from $0 to $56,200 per year based on performance.
