Massager Operator- 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality food by performing essential production tasks and supporting coworkers.
• Contribute to a positive work environment, maintain a safe and efficient production line, and ensure products reach families across America.
• Operate meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer.
• Support coworkers and adhere to safety, quality, and teamwork standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Willing and able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
• Standing on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift.
• Working around animal blood and/or carcass parts.
• Using knives (if trained).
• Working in cold and/or warm areas, and in noisy environments.
• Lifting up to 30 lbs, single lifting of heavy objects weighing up to 60 lbs, or using mechanical assistance.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of computerized equipment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting.
