Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
- Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
- Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
- Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
- Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
- Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service

Medical/dental coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Benefits availability may vary depending on location and terms of employment.
