Massage Therapist (part-time) at Aurora Wellness Center

Responsibilities

• Administer professional massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.
• Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
• Maintain a general understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
• Deliver on‑site chair massage in corporate settings (incidental travel, set‑up and tear down) as well as in a spa‑like environment within the fitness center.
• Function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department‑wide events and strategies.

Requirements

• Massage Therapy License for the state of Wisconsin required.
• Current Adult CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 45 days of hire.
• 2+ years of massage therapy experience required.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Flu vaccination required during the Fall season.

Pay

The compensation for this role is commission‑based. Pay is dependent on service packages. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.

Schedule

Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Friday: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Sunday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
